Traditon began 1875 in London by Henry Croft. Henry was brought up in an orphanage. He went on to help raise funds for many charities.
Pearly People wear black outfits covered in pearl buttons. Their motto One never knows. They raise funds for the poor, deaf, dumb + blind.
